SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Melbourne in 1-3 business days. We use Sendle and Australia Post for all shipping within Australia. Tracking information is provided once your order has been placed and the item is shipped.

Due to Covid -19 delays maybe experienced and you will not be required to sign for your parcel, it will be left in a safe place for you. 

Please email us for International shipping rates before processing your order and we will happily provide a quote.

 

RETURNS

Final Clearance Sale

Please note there are NO Exchanges or Returns on any sale items, so please select carefully and refer to the sizing charts. If unsure we recommend going up a size, particularly in the BSL Range, as sizes run small.

We will only refund items that are damaged or faulty.

 

We hope you love your order but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we do accept returns. 

If the item is faulty or damaged we will credit the total amount including postage.
All items for return:
Must be returned within 14 days.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
All merchandise must have all tags attached and in original packaging.
Due to hygiene regulations we are unable to accept earrings for return, so please select carefully.
Any sale or product marked FINAL or CLEARANCE cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please note shipping fees from the original orders will not be credited when we receive your return.
We do not accept store exchanges; you will need to return the merchandise within 14 days and we will issue you with a store credit.
All costs associated to returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
